Pilates – Individual Sessions & Group Classes

Pilates is a low-impact workout focusing on strengthening the core and improving posture and balance. There is a strong emphasis on breath awareness. The Pilates system helps the body to move with fluidity, ease and grace with its exercises strengthening the whole body creating balanced muscular development whilst also promoting flexibility, centeredness and control. It is a very effective tool for rehabilitation from injury as well as being a great form of exercise.
